Write for us

United Living Guide welcomes pitches that make a shared-home question easier to understand or act on. Send proposals through the Contact page; a clear subject and a defined reader problem help us assess the idea.

What we welcome

Pitch explainers, comparisons, background pieces, myth checks and occasion-based guides about household coordination, shared spaces, routines, belongings or communication. Each proposal should offer a distinct angle and a useful takeaway for people who share a home.

What makes a strong pitch

State the working title, the question the piece answers, its main point and why the subject deserves its own article. Say what the reader could decide or discuss afterward. Keep the scope manageable and avoid claims that require invented evidence, unverified expertise or rules that vary by place.

How to send a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the editorial option. Include a short outline and any relevant writing samples or experience you choose to share. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.

Our point of view

Shared homes need clear agreements

A good arrangement is one everyone can understand and revisit. We focus on concrete choices, not a single ideal way to live together.
